22. Refund & No Replacement Policies
There wont be any replacement, although refunds will be initiated if the products are having manufacturing defects. For refund requests, a thorough check for manufacturing defects will be conducted. Refunds will only be initiated upon confirmation of manufacturing defects.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost and logistics to return the product.
23 Shipping :
Alb® Filters UAE reserves the right to choose the shipping agent based on its terms and conditions.
Shipping is Free for Cart Value above 200 AED and at a subsidized rate for orders with a cart value below 200 AED.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
